Support to help you grow through life’s challenges.

Hi There,

Welcome to Trellis Lane Counseling. We are so glad you are here.

A trellis is a structure that offers support. Not to force growth, but to guide it. It provides something steady to lean on while allowing growth to happen on its own time.

A lane represents a path or journey. Much like life, it may have turns, pauses, or seasons of uncertainty, but it continues forward.

At Trellis Lane Counseling, we believe healing doesn’t mean being pushed or fixed. It means being supported as you move on your own path, at your own pace.

Our role is to walk beside you, offering steadiness, care, and guidance as you navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

Why Trellis Lane?

Therapeutic Approach

At Trellis Lane Counseling, we use an integrative and individualized approach to therapy. We believe that support is most effective when it is tailored to the person and not confined to a single model. Each person’s experiences, goals, and journey are unique, and our work reflects that.

However, we draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. Together, these approaches allow us to provide meaningful, trauma-informed support as you navigate your path forward.

Meet The Therapist

Rabecca Deneen, MA, LPC

Hi, I am Rabecca, founder of Trellis Lane Counseling. I specialize in supporting clients through the perinatal period, life transitions, and relationship issues, while helping individuals navigate anxiety, grief, family dynamics, and other emotional challenges.

I have my Bachelors in Psychology from Penn State University and a Masters in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Messiah University. With 8 years in the mental health field and as a mom myself, I know that sometimes we spend so much time taking care of everyone else, we are not sure what we need anymore. My goal is to change that by creating a space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, genuinely connected, and even laugh a little.

Therapy shouldn't feel like talking to a wall. Rabecca's goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, genuinely connected, and even laugh a little.
